About World Wide Racing Fuels

The World Wide Racing Fuels family has been affiliated with NASCAR, NHRA, IHRA and AHRA as well as some of the most well-known names in racing history and lore, such as: Don Garlits, Richard Petty, John Force, Joe Gibbs, Rick Hendricks, Roger Penske, Jim Head, Bunny Burkett, Eddie Hill, Chuck Etchells and Mickey Thompson, at one time or another.

Over the years, we have accumulated a massive amount of experience, as well as knowledge, of racing fuels and additives which the World Wide Racing Fuels staff is happy to share with our customers.

History of World Wide Racing Fuels

World Wide Racing Fuels, located in New Canton, Virginia, in the county of Buckingham, was founded by Frank LeSueur in 1970. We are located on property that has been in the LeSueur family since the 1800's.

Frank has been associated with the racing world since 1959, when he started his first drag strip in Louisa County, VA. He drove his own drag car from 1960 to 1962. In 1964 he purchased his second track in Suffolk, VA. He started World Wide Racing Fuels distributing Nitromethane only. In 1975, he became a distributor of Sunoco racing gasoline, and the rest, as they say, is history.
